The Aspiring Woman magazine is a free online magazine that is owned and published by She Aspires. The purpose of the magazine is to provide engaging, enriching and encouraging content to inspire and light a fire in God's women so that they unlimit themselves, think forward, pursue their dreams and change the world. Our content includes articles, devotionals, videos, audio, images and advertisements and should be used only for the previously stated purpose.

You agree to grant She Aspires a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, irrevocable, transferable, unrestricted license to use, copy, reproduce and disclose any comments or feedback posted publicly in the comments feed of our articles or blogs or submitted to us via email or via our contact form. Such use will not violate our commitment to your privacy and we will not share any information sent to us privately that betrays your confidence, unless required to do so by law.

1. By advertising in our Aspiring Woman magazine, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions as specified on our Advertising page, in addition to the Terms and Conditions specified on this page.

By submitting information on this website, whether for editorial or advertising purposes, you grant She Aspires and the Aspiring Woman magazine a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, irrevocable, transferable, unrestricted license to use, copy, reproduce, publish, modify, translate and display your content in any format, manner or medium now or hereafter. She Aspires and the Aspiring Woman magazine does not claim ownership of any of your submissions.

3. We only accept original, unpublished articles and devotionals. By submitting content through our website, you agree that you are the creator and owner of the content that you submit and your content does not infringe on the copyright of any third party.

4. We reserve the right to refuse any submission, whether for editorial or advertising purposes, that does not fit with the mission and vision of She Aspires or does not serve the needs of our readers.

Our coaching services, content, videos, audios, products, giveaways and events are not a substitute for professional counselling/therapy by a licensed psychologist or health care professional.

 

She Aspires is not a licensed mental health professional and services received from us or information shared on our websites are not intended as replacement for counselling, psychiatric interventions, treatment for mental illness, professional medical advice, legal counsel or other professional services.

 

You agree to hold She Aspires harmless for any action you take as a result of information provided to you on our websites or through a coaching relationship. You acknowledge that you are in full control of your life, your business and your relationship with God. All decisions to act or not to act should be made confidently and after much prayer, advice and seeking of direction from God. We do not make any guarantees of the outcome of a coaching relationship and/or the outcome of following recommendations on this website's blog and magazine. As you know, she who plants and she who waters is nothing; only God who makes things grow.
